The Great Employee Benefits Study 2024.

For the second year in a row, Epassi, in collaboration with the think tank Pole Star Advisory, has carried out the ground-breaking study that dives deep into the perspectives of both employers and employees on employee benefits.

The study was designed by researchers from the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki and for 2024 it has also expanded outside of Sweden and Finland – this year it also explores the view of employee benefits in Italy and the UK. How do perspectives differ between countries, and how well do employers' investments match employee expectations? Download the study to find out!
