How it works in 4 simple steps.

1. Order gift cards.

Log in to Epassi's admin portal and fill in the form on the start page to order your gift cards.

2. Set up the send-out.

Closer to the date, you choose when the send-out should go out and have the option to add a personal greeting.

3. Employees choose their gift.

Each employee receives a unique code by email, logs in and chooses freely from hundreds of curated products. Simple, seamless and always appreciated.

4. Follow up with a report.

After delivery you receive a climate report and an engagement report — making it easy to follow up on your investment in your employees.

FAQ about the Epassi gift cards.

Does the gift card show a value to the recipient?

The value of the 4 fixed denominations is not visible to the recipient.

How many gifts can the recipient choose from, and which brands are represented?

This varies between gift cards, but on average the recipient can choose from 250 items. The exception is the Low Impact gift card, which has a smaller selection of approximately 50 carefully chosen items. Regardless of card, the recipient makes one selection from the collection — on fixed denominations it is not possible to choose more than one gift, and all options are tailored to the card's value. The collections include products from over 60 well-established European brands.

How can the recipient redeem their gift card?

The recipient receives a unique code. At www.getmygift.com the recipient can enter this code and browse the relevant collection of gifts to choose from. The value of the gifts is not visible to the recipient.

What happens if the gift card has expired?

The expiry date is clearly stated on the card and it is the recipient's responsibility to keep track of it. If the card has expired we are unfortunately unable to renew it. When the recipient attempts to redeem an expired card, a message will appear on getmygift.com stating that the card is no longer valid.

Can I design my own gift card and personalise the redemption page?

Yes, in both ways. With our help you can design the entire gift card for a more personal touch — apart from a few fixed redemption text elements you are free to be creative. We can also create a personalised banner placed at the top of getmygift.com, for example featuring your company identity, a greeting video or a design that matches your chosen gift card.

How is the gift delivered to our employees?

The gift is delivered to the address provided by the employee at the time of redemption. A shipping fee of SEK 79 per gift card applies — a charge kept separate from the card's value so that the full amount goes towards the contents. The shipping cost is also excluded from the Swedish Tax Agency's maximum value for tax-free Christmas gifts, meaning you can make full use of the SEK 480 + VAT limit for the gift itself.
