Here's how to get started with Zest by Epassi.

1. Demo and needs assessment.

You can book a free overview of Zest tailored to your priorities. Invite relevant decision-makers and include HR, IT, and payroll to ensure the right people are involved from the start. You can also get support in building an internal business case with ROI modeling.

2. Technical Review and Agreement.

A one-hour session with our IT and payroll teams to map out integrations and data flows with your existing HR environment. At the same time, you’ll receive a customized commercial proposal based on the number of employees and the modules you wish to activate, and you’ll sign the agreement.

3. Configuration and testing.

The platform is configured with your benefits, content, and automated data flows. You’ll have weekly check-ins with a dedicated implementation team. Before launch, we conduct internal quality assurance and user testing to ensure you’re off to a strong start from day one.

4. Launch and follow-up.
